Networking

WHRMA encourages the advancement of professionalism in HR management through networking. Through our Chapter, members can find networking opportunities to share HR experiences and practices, make new contacts, reconnect with HR colleagues and manage HR career opportunities through several channels:
 
*Monthly HR programs and special interest group meetings provide an excellent opportunity to network with fellow HR professionals and discuss relevant HR topics.
 
*Networking events during the year are held to facilitate member interaction and provide an opportunity to informally meet other HR professionals within the local community.
 
*The HR Job and Resume Bank provides an opportunity for hiring companies and WHRMA members to network on career opportunities.  In addition, Chapter members can sign up to receive automated networking/job leads.

Upcoming Events:
The Whine & Dine Human Resources Networking Group has an event in White Plains every month.  Whine & Dine was founded in New Jersey in 2003 with a simple concept - to advance professional and social networking for HR professionals without the burden of excessive rules or requirements and to support the HR community everywhere.  Since inception, the group has grown from 5 to over 3000 contributing members. Many share in what we do, both locally in the northeast and around the United States.
