We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic hands-on individual to manage benefits administration for a fast growing company. 

 

This position reports to the Director of Benefits.  Responsibilities include: effective administration and communication of all employee benefit programs including: medical, dental and Life and 401(k).  Management of all benefits processes including Open Enrollment, new hire/terms processing, and coordination with third party vendors & employees to resolve benefit related issues.  This position requires the supervision of staff.

 

The successful candidate will possess a minimum 3 years benefit administration experience.  Previous supervisory experience a must.   

  
Proficiency in MS Office required.  Knowledge of ADP Payroll/HR Profile & Report Smith a plus.
