SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP

                                     

Join SIG Leaders Adriane Monaro Glass and Pete deLisser and other HR professionals in an interactive exchange of:

 ·        Current Coaching Models 
 ·        Practice of specific skills and
 ·        Sharing of current organizational situations 

Attendees volunteer to take turns role playing as Coach and Coachee (Client)

All participants complete the session having met the SIG Objectives:

·     Expanded awareness of what is required of a professional HR coach

·     Increased personal relationships with other WHRMA Members interested in coaching

·     Awareness of what Clients and Coaches accountability means
