WHRMA is pleased to announce a new service offering for our Chapter members who are currently in transition:
WHRMA Career Transition Forum
This newly formed group will provide professional guidance and support during the course of the job search process.
Participants will receive expert advice on job search strategies and techniques, interviewing skills, job search communication material, personal branding, assistance with researching and targeting job opportunities and overcoming challenges. The forum will also provide participants an opportunity to exchange and share career transition leads, ideas, and resources -- providing support to fellow Chapter members.
The WHRMA Career Transition Forum will meet monthly and will be led by Karen Tressa and Mary Ann Gontin who bring experience in career coaching, recruiting and HR consulting.

To attend sessions, you must be a HR Practitioner and register, in advance, through the RSVP contact listed below. This is a great opportunity to enhance your job search skills and expand your networking! The HR Practitioners In-Transition Roundtable Group, co-sponsored by SOCT SHRM and Right Management Group, is a forum for HR Practitioners (only) who are in transition to meet, exchange, and share ideas and resources.
There is no fee and you do not have to be a member of the Chapter to participate. Reservations are required as space is limited as it is expected classes will be at full capacity (see below). Your registration will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis.
